It doesn't take a genius to know that China is now in its boom years, when giant investments are pouring in and a lot of people seem to be getting richer and richer. One of the industries the Chinese government is interested on entering is the billion-dollar BPO industry.
There will be a lot of challenges, though, as China is years away from its competitors India and the Philippines when it comes to English proficiency and Western affinity. Let's follow its progress.
