i-Admin is a premier Payroll Outsourcing Services provider. Established since 1999, we have been providing payroll services to 6 countries in Asia - Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia. This website seeks to provide more information on our company and our services to HR or Business Owners who are considering outsourcing their organizations' payroll. We also provide an online form for interested parties to write to us and leave us their contact details for further information.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Our website is our store-front to the world. In the internet age, online marketing has become our focus. Majority of our target customers would go to the search engines to source for a possible payroll services provider. Being a regional company, we also reach out to companies beyond Asia, such as the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand. A website also enables us to track our visitor count, location, and webpage references so as for us to serve our prospects better.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
The first website was launched in 1999. It was subsequently revamped and launched in October 2007.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
By focusing on our brand name and core business

Our eventual goal is for our website to bring in the majority of our sales leads.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Realizing that a lot more had to be done to optimize our website to be searched out on Google.
