The IT and BPO industries of India are expected to slow down by 3 to 4 percent, says the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM).
Among the reasons given for this slower growth is the continued economic crisis in the United States resulting to a fluctuating dollar and general uncertainty in the global market. Furthermore, fierce competition with its neighboring countries also slows the growth of Indian IT and BPO industry.
