Aside from India, there is another country that has been benefiting so much from the business process outsourcing industry. That is the Philippines.
The BPO industry in the Philippines is made up mostly of low-end BPO services like offshore call centers. However, unlike India, which will experience a contraction of their share in the industry in the near future, the Philippines' share will increase. This growth is not powered by the offshore call centers, but rather by high-end BPO services like software design and animation.
