We are normally under the impression that only secret technologies are best and whatever is available freely and openly is not much useful. However we forget that nature has distributed its gifts freely to mankind, and human beings should be doing the same. At least this is happening in the IT sector where open source is becoming a rave and there are several conferences going around on the topic attended by industry bigwigs
