Outsourcing, if you will go its dictionary meaning, does not care if the workers are employed in a company or not. This means that people who are not employed by any company can do work outsourced by someone abroad as long as there is a computer with an Internet connection. This is called freelancing.
Freelancing has, of course, its set of advantages and disadvantages. We will explore them in the following blog post.
