 It has always been said here that, like India, English proficiency is the main reason why the Philippines is the outsourcing hub it enjoys today. In fact, Filipino accent is neutral as compared to the Indians and Chinese.Philippine English, linguistically speaking, is more like North American English than British English, but with a significant difference.
