After three mid-air problems in a span of just two weeks (including an explosion in the fuselage), Australian aviation officials felt the need to go ahead and make an unprecedented inspection of the airplanes of Qantas Airlines.Qantas is known as being the world's safest airlines, but the recent events put a dent on this reputation.
