Outsourcing Spying Duties

It is already enough that Americans feel unsecure even inside their own homes with a Patriot Act approved to be put in the Constitution.

What seems to be more terrifying, however, is that the Government is outsourcing its spy work to private companies! In fact, the spying business is a big industry in the country. Now, I really cannot help but think of Big Brother.
